The minimum order amount on Zalldi is Rs. 100 NPR. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 199 NPR. For orders below Rs. 199, a delivery fee of Rs. 25 applies.

Zalldi currently delivers in Butwal, Rupandehi, Lumbini Province, Nepal. Covered areas include Traffic Chowk, Milanchowk, Bagnaskali, Golpark, Devinagar, Shantinagar, and surrounding areas within a 6km radius. Zalldi is expanding to Pokhara, Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Bhairahawa, and Chitwan.

Zalldi accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) across all delivery areas — no advance payment needed. We also accept eSewa and Khalti digital wallet payments.

Yes. Zalldi sells fresh vegetables (tomato, onion, potato, green chilli, coriander, garlic, leafy greens) and fresh fruits (banana, apple, mango, papaya, watermelon, orange) sourced daily from Terai farms. All fresh produce is quality-checked before delivery.

Yes. Zalldi has a 72-hour replacement policy. If any item you receive is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.

Zalldi is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, 7 days a week including public holidays in Butwal. Orders cannot be placed outside these hours but can be scheduled for the next morning.

Yes. Zalldi prioritises local Nepali products including Wai Wai noodles, CG Foods products, Sanjivani milk, Rara noodles, Mayos, locally sourced Terai vegetables and fruits, Ilam tea, and other popular Nepali brands alongside international brands.
